«أمانة الرياض» تغلق 52 موقعاً مخالفاً خلال جولاتها الرقابية في أحياء منفوحة والشميسي والملز – أخبار السعودية
نفذت أمانة منطقة الرياض ممثلة في قطاع الوسط بمشاركة الجهات الأمنية وعدد من الجهات الحكومية 805 جولات رقابية ميدانية في أحياء منفوحة والشميسي والملز، ضمن جهودها المستمرة لرفع مستوى الامتثال بالاشتراطات الصحية والبلدية، والارتقاء بجودة المشهد الحضري، وتحسين مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين.
واتخذت الأمانة إجراءات صارمة للتعامل مع المخالفات المرصودة، شملت إغلاق 52 موقعاً مخالفاً تشكل خطراً مباشراً على الصحة العامة، وهدم 9 مبانٍ حاضنة للمخالفات وفق الأنظمة والإجراءات المعتمدة، إلى جانب تحرير 450 مخالفة، وإزالة 1,131 مبسط بيع عشوائي، وضبط 210 من العمالة المخالفة، وحجز 35 مركبة، حمايةً للمستهلك ومنعاً لتكرار هذه الممارسات.
وتأتي الجولات الرقابية في المواقع ذات النشاط التجاري المرتفع ضمن خطة استباقية مستمرة تشمل جولات يومية ودورية للأحياء، مع استخدام الأنظمة التقنية الحديثة لتوثيق ورصد المخالفات بدقة، بما يتيح سرعة التدخل ومعالجة أي خلل، إلى جانب تنفيذ متابعة لاحقة للمنشآت المخالفة للتأكد من تصحيح أوضاعها.

The Riyadh Municipality, represented by the Central Sector, in collaboration with security agencies and several government entities, has conducted 805 field inspection tours in the neighborhoods of Manfouha, Al-Shumaisi, and Al-Malaz, as part of its ongoing efforts to raise compliance with health and municipal regulations, enhance the quality of the urban landscape, and improve the level of services provided to beneficiaries.
The municipality has taken strict measures to address the observed violations, which included closing 52 violating sites that pose a direct threat to public health, demolishing 9 buildings harboring violations according to the approved regulations and procedures, in addition to issuing 450 violations, removing 1,131 random selling stalls, apprehending 210 violating workers, and impounding 35 vehicles, in order to protect consumers and prevent the recurrence of these practices.
The inspection tours in areas with high commercial activity are part of a continuous proactive plan that includes daily and periodic tours of neighborhoods, utilizing modern technological systems to accurately document and monitor violations, allowing for quick intervention and addressing any issues, as well as implementing follow-up on violating establishments to ensure they correct their situations.
