«صندوق تنمية الموارد»: توظيف 329 ألف مواطن في 6 أشهر بنسبة نمو 23 % – أخبار السعودية
أسهم صندوق تنمية الموارد البشرية خلال النصف الأول من 2026م، في توظيف 329 ألف مواطن في سوق العمل، محققاً نمواً بنسبة 23% مقارنة بالنصف الأول من 2025م، ما يعكس فاعلية البرامج والمبادرات التي ينفذها الصندوق في تعزيز فرص التوظيف النوعي والمستدام، ورفع جاهزية الكوادر الوطنية، والإسهام في تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030، وبرنامج تنمية القدرات البشرية.
وأعلن الصندوق أن إجمالي ما صُرف كدعم مباشر للأفراد والمنشآت المستفيدين من برامج ومنتجات دعم التدريب والتمكين والإرشاد خلال الفترة ذاتها بلغ نحو 4.9 مليار ريال، فيما تجاوز إجمالي المستفيدين من خدماته وبرامجه 1.69 مليون مواطن مستفيد ومستفيدة، في انعكاس مباشر لاتساع نطاق الأثر التنموي الذي يحققه الصندوق على مستوى الأفراد والمنشآت وسوق العمل. كما تجاوز عدد المنشآت المستفيدة من خدمات الصندوق 171 ألف منشأة في مختلف مناطق المملكة وقطاعاتها الاقتصادية، بنسبة نمو بلغت 25% مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي، فيما شكّلت المنشآت المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر 95% من إجمالي المنشآت المستفيدة، الأمر الذي يؤكد استمرار الصندوق في دعم نمو القطاع الخاص، وتمكينه من استقطاب وتأهيل الكفاءات الوطنية، وتعزيز مساهمته في التنمية الاقتصادية وخلق فرص العمل.
The Human Resources Development Fund contributed to the employment of 329,000 citizens in the labor market during the first half of 2026, achieving a growth rate of 23% compared to the first half of 2025. This reflects the effectiveness of the programs and initiatives implemented by the fund in enhancing opportunities for qualitative and sustainable employment, raising the readiness of national cadres, and contributing to achieving the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the Human Capacity Development Program.
The fund announced that the total amount disbursed as direct support to individuals and establishments benefiting from training, empowerment, and guidance support programs and products during the same period reached approximately 4.9 billion riyals, while the total number of beneficiaries from its services and programs exceeded 1.69 million male and female beneficiaries. This is a direct reflection of the expanding developmental impact that the fund is achieving at the level of individuals, establishments, and the labor market. The number of establishments benefiting from the fund’s services also exceeded 171,000 in various regions of the Kingdom and its economic sectors, with a growth rate of 25% compared to the same period last year. Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises constituted 95% of the total benefiting establishments, which confirms the fund’s continued support for the growth of the private sector, enabling it to attract and qualify national talents, and enhancing its contribution to economic development and job creation.
