قبضت دوريات الأمن بمنطقة الرياض على مواطن ظهر في محتوى مرئي يسرق مركبة في وضع التشغيل، وصدم مركبات متوقفة، ومحاولة دهس قائد المركبة المسروقة، وجرى إيقافه واتخاذ الإجراءات النظامية بحقه وإحالته إلى النيابة العامة.
