نائب أمير مكة يسلّم صكوك أراضٍ بديلة لـ1480 مواطناً – أخبار السعودية
سلّم نائب أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير سعود بن مشعل بن عبدالعزيز، بحضور عدد من الأمراء والمسؤولين، صكوك الأراضي البديلة لعدد من المواطنين، ضمن إجراءات أمانة محافظة جدة لاستكمال معالجة تداخل الأراضي في مخطط المليساء لـ1480 مواطناً ومواطنة، وتعويضهم بقطع أراضٍ بديلة في مخطط طيبة شمال شرق جدة، وذلك تحت رعاية مستشار خادم الحرمين الشريفين أمير منطقة مكة المكرمة الأمير خالد بن فيصل بن عبدالعزيز.
وجاء استكمال معالجة الملف امتداداً لاهتمام القيادة بخدمة المواطنين، إذ عملت أمانة جدة بالتنسيق مع وزارة العدل والجهات ذات العلاقة على معالجة التداخلات واستكمال الإجراءات النظامية لنقل مواقع أراضي المستفيدين.
وخصصت الأمانة الأراضي البديلة في مخطط طيبة رقم (612/ج/س) عبر القرعة الإلكترونية، وفق آلية رقمية تضمن الشفافية والعدالة وتكافؤ الفرص، وتمكّن المستفيدين من استكمال إجراءات التخصيص وإصدار الصكوك وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة.
The Deputy Emir of the Makkah Region, Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, in the presence of several princes and officials, handed over the land title deeds for alternative lands to a number of citizens, as part of the procedures of the Jeddah Municipality to complete the resolution of land overlaps in the Al-Mulaysaa scheme for 1,480 male and female citizens, compensating them with alternative plots of land in the Taybah scheme northeast of Jeddah, under the patronage of the Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Emir of the Makkah Region, Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz.
The completion of this file reflects the leadership’s commitment to serving citizens, as the Jeddah Municipality worked in coordination with the Ministry of Justice and relevant authorities to address the overlaps and complete the legal procedures for transferring the locations of the beneficiaries’ lands.
The municipality allocated the alternative lands in the Taybah scheme No. (612/J/S) through an electronic lottery, following a digital mechanism that ensures transparency, fairness, and equal opportunities, enabling the beneficiaries to complete the allocation procedures and issue the title deeds according to the approved regulations.
