«القضاء الإداري» يقر تسمية رؤساء المحاكم وحركة نقل القضاة – أخبار السعودية
عقد، (الثلاثاء)، مجلس القضاء الإداري جلسته الثانية، برئاسة رئيس ديوان المظالم رئيس مجلس القضاء الإداري الدكتور علي بن أحمد الأحيدب، بمقر ديوان المظالم في العاصمة الرياض، بحضور أعضاء المجلس.
وذكر الأمين العام لمجلس القضاء الإداري الدكتور عبدالله العجلان أنه في مستهل الجلسة، أشاد المجلس بمنجزات محاكم الاستئناف الإدارية والمحاكم الإدارية ومحكمة التنفيذ الإدارية خلال النصف الأول من العام الحالي 2026، خصوصاً ما حققته المحكمة الإدارية العليا من مضاعفة منجزها القضائي، وما يعكسه ذلك من كفاءة قضاتها وفاعلية الممكنات.
وذكر العجلان أن المجلس أقر تسمية رؤساء المحاكم التابعة لديوان المظالم ومساعديهم في مختلف مناطق المملكة، إلى جانب عدد من التعيينات والترقيات في الكادر القضائي، وأقر حركة نقل القضاة بين مختلف المناطق، إضافة إلى مناقشة عدد من الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول أعمال الجلسة، واتخاذ ما يلزم حيالها.
The Administrative Judiciary Council held its second session today, chaired by the President of the Board of Grievances, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Al-Ahaidib, at the headquarters of the Board of Grievances in the capital, Riyadh, with the attendance of council members.
The Secretary-General of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Abdullah Al-Ajlan, stated that the council praised at the beginning of the session the achievements of the administrative appeal courts, administrative courts, and the administrative execution court during the first half of the current year 2026, especially what the Supreme Administrative Court has accomplished in terms of doubling its judicial output, which reflects the efficiency of its judges and the effectiveness of the resources available.
He indicated that the council approved during its session the naming of the heads of courts and their assistants in the courts affiliated with the Board of Grievances in various regions of the Kingdom, in addition to several appointments and promotions within the judicial staff, and the approval of the transfer of judges between different regions, as well as discussing several topics listed on the agenda of the session and taking the necessary actions regarding them.
