في المناسبة الميمونة لليوم الجمهوري الـ77 للهند، أتقدم بأصدق التهاني الحارة إلى جميع المواطنين الهنود المقيمين في المملكة العربية السعودية، وإلى أصدقائنا الكرام في المملكة.
يمثل يوم الجمهورية لحظة لتجديد يقيننا بدستور الهند، والتأمل في القيم الديمقراطية والصمود الذي يستمر في توجيه تقدم الهند.
تقف الهند اليوم واثقة ومتطلعة إلى المستقبل، محققة خطوات ثابتة في النمو الاقتصادي والابتكار والتحول الرقمي والتنمية المستدامة، ومع تقدمنا نحو رؤية الهند 2047 (فيكسيت بهارات)، تظل الهند ملتزمة بالنمو الشامل، وبأن تكون شريكًا عالميًا بنّاءً.
تستمر الشراكة الإستراتيجية بين الهند والمملكة العربية السعودية في التعمق، مدعومة بالتواصل السياسي القوي والتعاون المتوسع عبر القطاعات. وكان من المعالم البارزة في هذه المسيرة زيارة دولة رئيس الوزراء الهندي إلى جدة في أبريل 2025، التي رفعت مستوى الشراكة أكثر، وأكدت التزامنا المشترك بالتعاون طويل الأمد.
على المستوى الإقليمي، عملت القنصلية العامة للهند في جدة بنشاط على ترجمة هذه الشراكة الإستراتيجية إلى نتائج ملموسة، وكان التواصل التجاري محور تركيز رئيسي، من خلال مبادرات مثل معرض الأحجار الكريمة والمجوهرات الهندي الكبير (SAJEX)، وبرامج ربط الاستثمار، ولقاءات المشترين والبائعين، وتسهيل وفود التجارة والاستثمار في كلا الاتجاهين. تهدف هذه الجهود إلى تحديد التكاملات بين رؤية السعودية 2030 ورؤية الهند «فيكسيت بهارات»، ما يخلق فرصًا اقتصادية متبادلة المنفعة وشراكات رابحة لكلا الطرفين.
وشهدت مدينة جدة النابضة بالحياة زيارات لسفن البحرية الهندية INS سورات وINS تامال، التي ترمز إلى الصداقة والتعاون والثقة المتزايدة بين بلدينا. وتظل الدبلوماسية الثقافية والروابط بين الشعوب ركائز نابضة بالحياة للتفاعل.
ساهمت مشاركة الهند في مهرجان البحر الأحمر السينمائي، واحتفال مهرجان الهند عبر المحافظات، ومبادرات مثل نور الديوالي، والإفطار العضوي، وغيرها من الفعاليات الثقافية التي تقودها الجالية، في تعزيز التفاهم الثقافي العميق وعرض التنوع الغني للهند. كانت المشاركة الحماسية للجالية الهندية في هذه المبادرات مصدر إلهام خاص.
تبقى رعاية المواطنين الهنود أولوية أساسية ونعبر عن امتناننا الصادق لخادم الحرمين الشريفين الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود، ولسمو ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز، ولحكومة وشعب المملكة العربية السعودية، على الرعاية والضيافة الحارة المقدمة للمواطنين الهنود المقيمين في المملكة.
كما نقدر بصدق التعاون الممتاز من السلطات السعودية في تسهيل الحج والعمرة، ما يمكّن الحجاج الهنود من أداء رحلتهم المقدسة بأمان وكرامة.
كان إعلان حصة الحج الهندية لعام 2026، البالغة 175,025 حاجًا، خلال زيارة وزير شؤون الأقليات في نوفمبر 2025 تطورًا مهمًا، إذ بدأت التحضيرات لحج 2026 بالفعل، ونظل ملتزمين بالعمل الوثيق مع النظراء السعوديين لتعزيز سلامة الحجاج وراحتهم وتجربتهم بشكل أكبر.
أود أيضًا الإشادة بالإسهام القيّم للجالية الهندية في المملكة، التي يستمر احترافها وتفانيها وسلوكها الملتزم بالقانون في تعزيز روابط الصداقة بين الهند والمملكة العربية السعودية.
بينما نحتفل بيوم الجمهورية، دعونا نجدد التزامنا المشترك بالسلام والازدهار وشراكة أقوى دائمًا بين الهند والمملكة العربية السعودية.

On the auspicious occasion of India’s 77th Republic Day, I extend my warmest congratulations to all Indian citizens residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and to our esteemed friends in the Kingdom.
Republic Day represents a moment to renew our faith in the Constitution of India, and to reflect on the democratic values and resilience that continue to guide India’s progress.
Today, India stands confident and looking towards the future, making steady strides in economic growth, innovation, digital transformation, and sustainable development. As we move towards the Vision India 2047 (Viksit Bharat), India remains committed to inclusive growth and to being a constructive global partner.
The strategic partnership between India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues to deepen, supported by strong political communication and expanding cooperation across sectors. A highlight of this journey was the visit of the Indian Prime Minister to Jeddah in April 2025, which elevated the partnership further and reaffirmed our shared commitment to long-term cooperation.
At the regional level, the Consulate General of India in Jeddah has actively worked to translate this strategic partnership into tangible outcomes, with business communication being a key focus through initiatives such as the Grand Indian Gems and Jewelry Exhibition (SAJEX), investment linkage programs, buyer-seller meetings, and facilitating trade and investment delegations in both directions. These efforts aim to identify synergies between Saudi Vision 2030 and India’s “Viksit Bharat” vision, creating mutually beneficial economic opportunities and win-win partnerships for both sides.
The vibrant city of Jeddah has witnessed visits from Indian naval ships INS Surat and INS Tamala, symbolizing the friendship, cooperation, and growing trust between our two countries. Cultural diplomacy and people-to-people ties remain vibrant pillars of interaction.
India’s participation in the Red Sea International Film Festival, the celebration of India Festival across provinces, and initiatives such as Diwali Lights, Organic Iftar, and other community-led cultural events have contributed to enhancing deep cultural understanding and showcasing India’s rich diversity. The enthusiastic participation of the Indian community in these initiatives has been particularly inspiring.
The welfare of Indian citizens remains a core priority, and we express our sincere gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, to His Royal Highness Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, and to the Government and people of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, for the warm care and hospitality extended to Indian citizens residing in the Kingdom.
We also sincerely appreciate the excellent cooperation from Saudi authorities in facilitating Hajj and Umrah, enabling Indian pilgrims to perform their sacred journey safely and with dignity.
The announcement of the Indian Hajj quota for 2026, amounting to 175,025 pilgrims, during the visit of the Minister of Minority Affairs in November 2025 was an important development, as preparations for Hajj 2026 have already begun, and we remain committed to working closely with our Saudi counterparts to further enhance the safety, comfort, and experience of the pilgrims.
I would also like to commend the valuable contribution of the Indian community in the Kingdom, whose professionalism, dedication, and law-abiding behavior continue to strengthen the bonds of friendship between India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As we celebrate Republic Day, let us renew our shared commitment to peace, prosperity, and an ever-stronger partnership between India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
